media training
With so many different publications and broadcast channels in existence,
access to the media is a possibility for all commercial concerns in today's world.
As the Force Press and Public Relations Officer for Kent Police for five years
and more recently responsible for media and advertising in British Transport Police,
David Hatcher is no stranger to media exposure. This included generating media interest
as well as responding to high levels of demand at times of crisis, such as rail crashes,
natural and man made disasters.
As a 'victim' of ITV's Ali G Show he also knows the lighter side of television and its threat to the unwitting.
David is now available to pass on his experience to others and will do so through seminars and coaching sessions.

Finding a means to raise issues or being the subject of attention,
inevitably means the need to manage relations with customers through the media.
As one of the regular police presenters on BBC Crimewatch UK for the first 15 years of
the programme's existence, David is well qualified to understand the pressures of appearing in public.
To discuss how his experience could help you, call David or email him with an outline of your needs.
